Shipping Policy

All your PearlNaked orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Bali, Indonesia.

Order Proceed Time
1) Orders are processed to delivery from Monday to Saturday.
2) We do not ship on Sundays and Public Holidays, unfortunately.
3) We will proceed your order within 24-48 hours of order placement.

Indonesia shipping
Free shipping for all Indonesia regions, estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days.
For Bali island- in the same day.

International Shipping, Taxes & Duties:
Estimated International delivery time: 5-8 working days. 
International shipping cost is Rp 150,000 (approximately 8 EUR), 

Please note, this does not include any applicable duties and import taxes in your destination country. Your local customs authorities establish the limits for duty-free packages and these charges are usually automatically payable by the customer upon delivery.
Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and custom duties.

Late Delivery
1)Delays are beyond our control and responsibility, but we will do our best to assist you when enquiring about the expedition services.
2)Your order should arrive within 5 working days from the date of payment.
3)If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please immediately contact pearlnakedbali@gmail.com with your order #ID-Number so that we can process it to the expedition.

Damage / Loss
For damaged or lost goods during delivery, we will replace them with new ones (if there are still stocks available), other items with the same value, or a full refund.

Delivery Errors
We try to minimize errors, but should an error occur in delivery, please see our Return Policy's page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As much as we would love to help, it is not logistically possible to change or cancel an order once it has been processed through checkout.
This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to: removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.
